1) Inability to qualify for a particular position in which freshers is appointed in, because of lack in experience.
2) Freshers couldn't able to find what the job is exactly work for and the process.
3) Ambiguity in doing the job with lack of knowledge or without deep knowledge on particular field.
4) Updating latest technology in which they are working with is much needed effort from employee side to live their life smoothly in IT company.
5) Mail communication with clients should be in proper way but it could not experienced by new arrivals.
6) Like to mail communication, speak via phone to clients should also be in good manner but it wouldn't be educated to freshers previously.
7) Many new problems arise for the one who joined newly to one company. But many doesn't have guts to face issue and haven't taken incharge to solve it. I think it might be due to their own skill level.
8) Adapting college atmosphere to company is totally difficult for new joined. Example: punctuality in doing work and timely reply differs greatly in college to company which will not locate as easy as possible.
9) Tackling of timely issue(whatever it may be) while doing job will not suits to everyone because mindset of each individual differs.
10) Students those who cleared with good percentage with lack of thinking skills surely cant survive in IT industry. Problem solving skill,creative thinking and decision making skill is widely needed by company side.
