Persons born in Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, and Taiwan are also eligible to enter the DV2019 Lottery.

• Hats or head coverings are only allowed if worn for religious reasons and if they do not obscure any facial features.
• Photos containing tribal or other headgear not specifically religious in nature are unacceptable

DV Lottery 2019 Registration Started – Apply Now

Registration for eDV lottery 2019 a.k.a US Greencard lottery 2019 will start from October 3, 2017. Leaving behind all the rumours about US green card lottery, USCIS has officially revealed the start date for DV lottery 2019 registration. Like in the previous years, USCIS will be providing 50,000 green cards. The visas will be distributed evenly among six geographic locations.
